Your Key Responsibilities

  • Office Support: General administrative duties including filing, answering phones, and processing customer orders.
  • Data Entry & Order Processing: Print picking slips, invoices, and assist with customer pickup logistics.
  • Customer & Driver Liaison: Communicate effectively with Food Service Delivery Drivers and customers to meet specific requirements and resolve inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

  • Computer Literacy: Confident with basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Team Mentality: Willingness to work together and adapt to varied tasks.
  • Positive Energy: Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and reliability in your work.
  • Strong Communication: Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Ability to pass a drug/alcohol test and pre-employment medical.
