Day & Arvo MR & HR Truck Drivers | Rockhampton | $41.25 – $50.05/hr + Overtime & Penalties

We are seeking Day & Afternoon Shift MR and HR Multi Drop Truck Drivers to join a professional, safety-focused national food distribution team in Rockhampton. In this role, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries across Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs, where your reliability, commitment to safety, and positive attitude will be highly valued.

New drivers with a few months of road experience, as well as seasoned drivers seeking consistent hours and recognition, are encouraged to apply. Full-time hours and ongoing work are available with a nationally recognised food distribution company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Day Shift – Multi-Drop Driver Role | $41.25 (MR Drivers) – $43.75/hr (HR Drivers) + OT 

Monday to Friday roster, starting between 5:00am – 8.00am

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs.
• Responsible for safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods.
• Customer-facing role requiring professional service standards.
• Following delivery instructions and completing paperwork accurately.
• Working collaboratively with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors.

Afternoon Shift – HR Depot Driver / Warehouse Assistant | $50.05/hr + OT

Sunday to Thursday roster, starting between 2:00–3:00pm.

Please note: candidates may be required on occasion to work an alternate roster comprising of Monday–Thursday afternoon shift and Friday day shift to assist multi drop deliveries.

• Based primarily at the depot/warehouse.
• Moving and staging MR & HR sized trucks around the depot dock area.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Supporting warehouse operations and general freight handling.
• Assisting with warehouse duties such as pick packing and dispatch as required.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Holds a valid MR or HR licence.
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
• Multi-drop or delivery experience is preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail with a precise and careful approach to work.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have full Australian working rights.
