Factory Assemblers – Building Products – Rocklea – $35/hr !

A national Building Supplies manufacturer based in Rocklea is expanding its production team and is seeking reliable Factory Assemblers to support day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role within a structured environment where teamwork, safety and consistency are key.

You’ll be working across a range of assembly and production tasks, with duties rotating to keep the workflow moving and to build broader skills across the team. They are a dynamic crew that try to ensure variety in the team as you learn all

 

Daily Work May Include:

• Packing products and assembling boxes
• Strapping and bracing steel items using protective materials
• Operating basic machinery and tools to produce components
• Preparing steel sections for welding using rivets and hand tools
• Completing light tack welding on light gauge steel (2nd class level)
• Assembling protective plate products used in construction
• Using hand and power tools for general assembly tasks

This role suits someone who is practical, reliable and comfortable working in a physical, team-based environment.

 

You’ll Need:

• Experience using hand and power tools in a factory or workshop setting
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Willingness to learn different processes across production
• Strong focus on safety and following instructions
• Reliable transport to Rocklea

 

The Position Offers

• $35.00 per hour plus penalties, with consistent hours on a day shift roster
• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
• Supportive production team that rotates duties for variety!
• Provides ongoing training and maintains strong safety standards across the site.
