Production Machine & High Reach Operators – 6am Starts – Up to $38 / hr !

A busy mid-sized Eagle Farm manufacturer experiencing strong growth and now seeking dependable Production Machine Operators and High Reach Forklift Staff to support increasing demand.

Whether your background is Factory Production, Manufacturing or High Reach Forklift Operating, these roles offer genuine long-term potential with structured training and supportive supervisors.

 

Current Opportunities

Machine Operators:
As an experienced Production Machine Operator from any industry, you will work within the building products manufacturing team. You’ll feed product into wet cutters and shapers, monitor production flow, maintain quality standards and prepare finished items for the next stage of processing.

Production High Reach Forklift Operators:

As an experienced High Reach Operator, you will be picking bulk raw product for production teams and putting away finished product for the Warehouse team. When not busy with the forklift you will be assisting the Machine Operators with labouring, QA and possible operation.

 

Both roles offer:

• Competitive Rate: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour + Penalties!
• 6am starts Monday to Friday Day with some overtime opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Previous Factory, Machine Operating or High Reach experience preferred
• Reliable vehicle and driver licence essential (no nearby public transport access)
• Ability to provide two recent work references
• Full Australian working rights and current residence in Australia
