A well-established national Meat Distribution Company is seeking reliable and skilled team members to join their growing facility as they’ve brought on a new and exciting customer! This has allowed them to grow the team to a new level not seen before.

These are ongoing positions offering stability, consistent hours, and opportunities to develop your skills within a professional food preparation and packaging environment.

Full-time candidates are preferred, though students and longer term visa holders are also encouraged to apply!

 

Available Positions:

Butcher – Portion Cutting Specialist
Rate: $45.00 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am

• Prepare and portion secondary cuts of meat for the production team with precision and consistency
• Ideal for experienced butchers with strong knife skills and attention to detail.

Butcher – Generalist
Rate: $43.63 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am

• Responsible for breaking down carcasses into primary cuts, dicing, trimming and using the bandsaw
• Previous experience in boning and carcass break down is essential

Knife Hand
Rate: $41.25 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 4:00am

• Open cartons of bulk primary cuts from suppliers, trim, and slice meat for further processing
• Abattoir or boning room experience is highly regarded

Production Worker
Rate: $37.88 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 5:00am

• Assist with scraping meat from bones, mincing, and marinating meat products.
• Suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on processing work

Warehouse Operator
Rate: $38.68 per hour + Penalties
Start Time: 5:00am

• Duties include packing, stacking, wrapping, labeling, and dispatching meat products
• Forklift licence is highly desirable but not required
