Customer Service Administrator – $36 / hr + Penalties

Job Connect are working with an exceptionally successful Waste Management company who are seeking ongoing casual to permanent Customer Service Officers (full time hours) in an office based role to assist their Sales and Operations team in the Archerfield area.

The role will mainly consist of taking incoming calls and email orders, data entry in their internal database, assist in aggregating run information, generating and keying in weight reports, liaising with sales and operations teams to resolve issues, reconciling sales, issuing invoices and escalating higher level complaints.

Due to the nature of the role, reliable transport to drive to their site in the Archerfield area is required as flexible work arrangements or working from home is unavailable however, free on-site parking IS available!

 

An Ideal Customer Service Administrator will possess:

• Experience liaising with Customers via phone and emails professionally and confidently
• Demonstrated ability to navigate internal CRM database/booking systems to process orders and enter timely, accurate data
• An ability to communicate with different teams to seek information such as pricing for customer queries etc
• Experience on Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc

 

In return you will enjoy:

• $36.00 / hr + Penalties and a Permanent Package of $60000 + Superannuation
• 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday
