Job Connect is currently seeking a motivated individual for an IMMEDIATE START to join our office team as a Customer Service/Data Entry Officer for a well-established food distribution warehouse in Mt Isa. Training will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Perform office tasks such as filing, answering phones, and processing customer orders.

Order Processing: Help with printing picking slips, invoices, and assist with customer pickup requirements.

Communication: Liaise with Food Service Delivery Drivers and address any customer inquiries/ issues and any specific client requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer service.

Requirements:

Computer Skills: Proficient in basic applications.

Team Player: Willingness to take on varied tasks under pressure.

Positive Attitude: Initiative and a proactive approach.
