Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Perform office tasks such as filing, answering phones, and processing customer orders.
• Order Processing: Help with printing picking slips, invoices, and assist with customer pickup requirements.
• Communication: Liaise with Food Service Delivery Drivers and address any customer inquiries/ issues and any specific client requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer service.
