Experienced Stores Person – Forklift & Equipment Industry
Location: Western Suburbs, Melbourne
Pay Rate: $38/hour + penalties
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (overtime available)
Start Date: Immediate start after a successful interview

You'll be at the heart of operations-managing spare parts and supporting technicians to ensure equipment is maintained and serviced efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong warehousing experience and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound spare parts: receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching
• Timely and accurate parts picking and dispatching to branches across Australia via TNT booking systems
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct stocktakes, and update internal systems
• Respond promptly to urgent part requests and support scheduled maintenance
• Promote warehouse safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Use internal business software for inventory and tracking
• Suggest improvements-they value your input

Requirements for the role:

• 3-5 years' experience in stores or warehousing (automotive, heavy vehicle, or equipment industry preferred but not required)
• Valid LF Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence
• Solid computer skills and highly organised
• Proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery is a bonus
