Factory Labourers – Eagle Farm – Training Provided – $32.06 + Penalties

Job Connect is currently seeking a skilled Factory Labourer to join our well-established manufacturing client in Eagle Farm. If you have experience in a factory, tool, or process-based role and are looking for a long-term, stable opportunity, this role could be the perfect match for you!

In this role, you will use basic production machinery, pressure washers, and work with hand and power tools to assemble products. While previous factory or warehouse experience is advantageous, full training will be provided!

We're Looking For:

• Ideal for candidates with prior experience in a factory, process, or warehouse environment
• Reliable transport is essential (car & license required as there is no public transport access)
• Ability to provide two references for a smooth and quick hiring process
• Must be located in Australia with full working rights 

Main Responsibilities:

• Operating basic production machines (training provided)
• Using pressure washers to remove excess adhesive from finished products
• Packing items for dispatch
• Learning and growing in a supportive team setting
