Our client is a well-established manufacturer supplying products to the construction sector and operates from a modern manufacturing facility. They are currently seeking production labourers to join their diverse and inclusive team.

These factory-based roles involve hands-on assembly and general labouring tasks, making them well suited to candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or other practical, hands-on work. The factory team is made up of both women and men who work together to create a welcoming, energetic workplace. What’s In It for You:

• $32.31 per hour plus penalty rates for any overtime worked
• Immediate start available and can accommodate short notice periods
• Ongoing stable role with the potential to go permanent
• 38 hours per week with early finishes allowing for a healthier work life balance
• Monday 5:00am–1:00pm, Tuesday to Friday 5:00am–12:30pm
• Occasional overtime available during busy periods
• Full training provided – ideal if you’re changing industries

Your Day-to-Day:

• Learn to operate machinery supporting the assembly team
• Assemble building products using hand and power tools
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Complete general manual tasks as required

What You’ll Need:

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (no public transport access)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Full working rights in Australia
• Basic tool experience is helpful but not essential – training is provided
