Factory Machine Operators – Hendra – Up to $38/hr + Penalties !

A busy manufacturing operation in Hendra is seeking experienced Production Machine Operators to join their growing team. This is a long-term opportunity within a well-organised production environment that values safety, reliability and strong team culture.

The role suits operators from manufacturing backgrounds such as building products, food processing, steel, plastics or other production-based industries who are confident working around machinery and maintaining production flow.

 

Duties will include:

• Operating machinery used to cut, shape and process materials
• Feeding products into machines and monitoring output
• Performing basic quality and process checks
• Operating forklifts to move materials and finished products
• Supporting general production and housekeeping requirements
• Working closely within a team to maintain safe and efficient production

 

The Role Offers:

• $35.00 – $38.00 per hour + penalty rates!
• Monday to Friday roster with consistent 6:00am starts
• Overtime opportunities available

Suitable applicants will have:

• Previous machine operating experience within manufacturing or factory environments
• Current LF forklift licence and practical operating experience
