Forklift ticketed Warehouse Pickers Day, Afternoon or Night Shifts!

Job Connect is currently seeking ongoing Casual to Permanent Forklift ticketed Pickers/Stores to join our National Distribution Centre client in building supplies in the Larapinta and Rochedale areas. 

IMMEDIATE and ASAP STARTS available! We can also work with notice periods as needed.

If you have a current Forklift license or LO ticket and previous experience in a Warehouse Picking or Stores position, this opportunity is for you!

This role is also open to those with an LO licence but no LF ticket.

The role is focused on Picking/Packing and Dispatch of boxed building supplies while using the Forklift to move pallets and load Trucks in a clean and modern warehouse. The role offers an opportunity to get your LO License depending on location and obtain an opportunity to train to competence with that ticket as most picking is at height. 

 

The Larapinta roles offer:

• Stable 6am, 2pm OR 10pm Shifts Monday to Friday, 38+ hours per week!  
• Competitive Pay Rates of $33.29 – $43.00 + OT depending on LO ticketing

The Rochedale roles offer:

• Stable 6am Shifts Monday to Friday, 38+ hours per week!  
• Competitive Pay Rates of $34.10/hr + some OT opportunities when busy
• Excellent opportunity for those out there that love on the ground, active, manual Picking roles for fitness!
• Immediate starts and notice periods can be accommodated
• 1 on 1 Training provided for your first week!

 

Ideal candidates for these roles will possess:

• Current Forklift license with operating experience, LO license is highly desirable!
• Experience in picking orders or prepping and dispatching items
• Normal manual handling of medium weights (20 kgs) required to perform role
• Unlimited working rights and Brisbane located to accept a long term role
• Have reliable transport to and from the site
