Industrial Stores / Warehouse $35.25ph + Penalties

If you have been a Trade Assistant in a previous life, this could be the role for you.

Our client operates an Industrial Tool Store in Port Kembla and have multiple positions available due to an ever-increasing project workload

Within this role you will be responsible for allocating required tools, bolts, spanners etc and other equipment.

Main duties of this role are as follows

• Locate and issue tooling and equipment as per approved requisition
• Update Inventory system with inbound and outbound stores issues
• Operation of forklift to load and unload trucks as required
• Unload containers and receive stock into system
• Assist with maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Computer work – Mainly Excel

Requirements for the role

• Previous experience working in a stores/warehousing environment
• Previous experience working with tools and equipment highly regarded
• Valid Forklift licence and experience
• Ability to work within a team and individually
• High Attention to detail
• Previous experience working with Inventory Management System welcomed
