Multiple Positions Available:

• Day Shift Forklift Operator / Pick Packer: $32.26 – $33.60/hr + OT + Penalties
• MR/HR Multi Drop Delivery Drivers: $36.16 – $37.46/hr + OT + Penalties

MR/HR Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-drop deliveries within Rockhampton and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle and log delivery documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

What You’ll Need:

• Delivery Experience: Previous multi-drop experience is preferred but not essential. We will train you!
• Valid MR/HR License. Both experienced and newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and ability to stay motivated.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure deliveries are made correctly and on time.
• Customer Service: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Forklift Operator / Pick Packer

Your Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operations: Safely load, unload, move, and stack products in the warehouse.
• Pick & Pack: Ensure the correct items and quantities are accurately picked and packed for our valued customers.
• Stay Organised: Keep your workspace tidy and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Team Up: Collaborate with your teammates to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Need:

• Warehouse Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Experience in food distribution is a bonus but not required — we'll train you!
• Forklift Licence: Valid and ready to use. Experienced and newly licensed operators are welcome to apply. No forklift licence but willing to get one in the near future? You're still encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Able to handle manual tasks and stay active throughout the day.
• Attention to Detail: Precise and careful with your work.
• Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear and effective communication within a team setting.
