Multi Skilled Plant Operator – Local Work $41.93 / hr + Penalties + OT !

Job Connect are currently seeking ongoing casual to permanent Multi-Skilled Plant Operators to work for a growing company. This expanding company has roles across two sites – Rocklea and Northgate. An immediate start is available after a successful interview with the client. They are sourcing for either a Floater that can go between Northgate and Rocklea and a Northgate based Operator.

Any applicants that can float between Northgate and Rocklea sites will be HIGHLY considered for fast-tracking in this process.

Due to the skill level required of the work, they are seeking operators with a minimum of 1 year experience to be considered ‘competent’ in the below.

Required RII tickets listed below in order of importance – note 2 out of 3 would be sufficient:

• Dozer
• Front End Loader 
• Excavator 

While not essential, experience on any of the following machines is a bonus:

• Compactor
• Scraper
• Grader 
• Moxy
• Water Cart 
• Bulk water 

Successful applicants will be offered the following:

• $41.93/hr casual + Penalties (mirroring their permanent site agreement – no pay drop going permanent!)
• Long term role with a view to permanent positions for the right candidate, Client wants ongoing staff offering job security.
