Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition coordinator, you will:

  • Support our team in managing external staff across various industries, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Administration, Warehousing, and Logistics.
  • Feel comfortable talking to job candidates to place them in suitable roles
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing candidates to match them with clients roles
  • Quick thinking/ Ability to think out of the box

Compensation

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 (depends on experience)  plus superannuation, plus attractive bonus.  Work hours are Monday to Friday.
