Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

• Support our team in managing external staff across various industries, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Administration, Warehousing, and Logistics.
• Engage with job candidates to match them with suitable roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source candidates and align them with client requirements.
• Demonstrate quick thinking and the ability to think outside the box.

Compensation

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 (depending on experience) plus superannuation, along with an attractive bonus structure. Work hours are Monday to Friday.
