Job Connect are working with an exceptionally successful Building Supplies company who are seeking a permanent Sales Support Administrator to assist their Sales team and Manufacturing teams in the Stapylton area.
The role will mainly consist of taking incoming calls and email orders from customers, recording communications in their internal database, scheduling orders in batches and liaising to provide pricing and product updates.
An ideal Customer Service Administrator will possess:
- Experience in office based Administration and liaising with Customers via phone/emails professionally and confidently is required
- Demonstrated ability to navigate internal database/booking systems to process orders – use of Sales Force is a bonus!
- An ability to professionally and efficiently communicate with different stakeholders such as internal manufacturers, sales teams and customers
- Experience on Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc
