Part-time office administration based in Morningside

Job Connect is currently hiring a part-time office administrator for a busy client based in Morningside QLD.  The role is primarily to support the business owners basic admin needs.  There will be time on the phones, reception support, data entry and other adhoc admin duties.

This role will ideally suit anyone with kids that needs flexibility and is not after full-time work.  The hours are fixed at 5 hours per day - 5 days per week but the start and finish times are flexible.  If successful you just set your schedule and stick with it.

What you will need to be successful:

  • A can do attitude
  • Great phone etiquette 
  • Fast learner
  • Previous experience in office support, general admin, personal assistant duties is essential
  • Outgoing personality with great communication skills

This role is causal with part time hours and is ongoing for the foreseeable future.
